About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 with Article 187.1 of the following content:
"Article 187.1. Preventing of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of the health worker
1. Preventing of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of the health worker who created real threat of life or to health of the patient:
it is punished by penalty in tenfold size, either social jobs lasting no more than hundred watch, or restriction of freedom for the term of no more than one year, or short-term imprisonment for the term of no more than one month.
2. The hindrance of professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of the health worker made with threat of use of violence to the health worker or using violence:
it is punished by penalty in twentyfold size, or social jobs in amount from hundred to two hours, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years, or short-term imprisonment for a period of up to two months, or imprisonment for a period of up to two years.
3. Preventing in any manner professional, and also nonprofessional auxiliary activities of the health worker as a result of which on imprudence the damage heavy or moderate severity or on imprudence entailed the death of the patient was caused to health of the patient:
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to six years.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
