About modification and amendments in the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 1 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 (further - the Code):

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 10 of the Code:

1) to state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6) establishes threshold limit values of pollutants in water resources and ecological emissions with the permission to water use, high-quality and quantitative regulations of water use and drainage, and also admissible limiting dumpings of sewage;";

2) to exclude words from Item 11 "water use and water disposal, and also".

Article 3. To exclude words from Item 12 of part 1 of article 12 of the code, "water supply and water disposal, and also others".

Article 4. To add part 1 of article 22 of the Code with Item 5 of the following content:
