Article 1. Article 170.7 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985:

Article 2. State article 170.8 of the code in the following edition:

Alienation of the unmarked goods which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs and the address of the unmarked tobacco products and alcoholic beverages which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs for the purpose of alienation
1. Alienation of the unmarked goods which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs, if total cost of these goods, except for tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, at the alienation prices specified by the seller (in case of lack of specifying, determined according to the procedure, established by the law) does not exceed fifty thousand dram:
