About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. In Item 1 of part 3 of article 24 of the Law of April 14, 1999 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) words "Article 25" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-295 "Articles 25 and 43.1".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 43.1 of the following content:
"Article 43.1. Features of state registration of the rights to the real estate which is the subject of the agreement about rendering realtor services, and also included in unified information system
1. For state registration of the bargains concluded within the agreement on rendering realtor services, and also the rights acquired based on transactions on alienation by the physical persons and legal entities which are owners of property also the statement from the unified information system provided by the law "About Realtor Activities" is submitted.
2. The rights following from the agreement of real estate administration are subject to state registration, except for the case specified in part 3 of this Article.
3. The agreements signed by the managing director of the real estate within the agreement on real estate administration are not subject to state registration. The risks connected with the contract bear contract parties.
4. The rights following from the agreement of real estate administration are subject to the termination in case of removal from accounting of the organization for real estate administration, the managing director of real estate (including being the individual entrepreneur) based on the statement for state registration of the termination of the rights of the customer of the agreement of real estate administration.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since June 1, 2027.
