In Items 1. 2, 1.5 and 1.6 "Rules of creation and application of forms of the strict reporting according to economic specifics of the companies and organizations, and also the physical persons who are engaged in business activity", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 118 of August 27, 2004.
