About procedure for enforcement of changes in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" (TR CU 009/2011)

According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Determine that:

a) to the declaration of conformity of perfumery and cosmetic products concerning which the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 12, 2025 No. 74 makes changes, the mandatory requirements established by the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" (TR CU 009/2011) made by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 23, 2011 No. 799 (further - the technical regulation), accepted till October 28, 2026, are valid before the termination of term of their action;

b) certificates on state registration of perfumery and cosmetic products concerning which the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 12, 2025 No. 74 makes the changes confirming compliance to the mandatory requirements established by the technical regulation, issued till October 28, 2026 are valid before the termination of term of their action;

c) production and release into the stream of commerce on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation in the presence of the documents specified in subitems "an" and "b" of this Item are allowed before the termination of effective period of such documents;
