About marking of separate types of confectionery in consumer packaging by means of identification

According to item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union of February 2, 2018 Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. State members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) independently determine Date of Introduction and procedure for marking by means of identification (further - marking) confectionery in consumer packaging (further - goods) in the territory according to this Decision and notify the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission) on such date not later than 6 months before its approach.

2. Determine that:

the goods included in the inventory, subject to marking by means of identification, approved by this Decision are subject to marking (further - the list);

need of marking of remaining balance of the goods included in the list, and stay terms for turnover of unmarked goods are determined by the legislation of state member;

marking of goods is performed by the means of identification corresponding to the characteristics approved by this Decision;

goods in secondary consumer package or in primary consumer package, in case of lack of secondary consumer package are subject to marking;

at the same time:

secondary consumer package - the packaging containing one or several goods in primary consumer package and intended for realization to the consumer without vozmozhnostiy openings without damage, or for realization to the consumer, the goods containing in it in primary consumer package, by weight in the organizations of retail trade (the place of realization);

primary consumer package - packaging which is in direct contact with goods and intended for realization to the consumer without possibility of its opening without damage, or for sales of goods, containing in it, to the consumer by weight in the organizations of retail trade (the place of realization);

are not subject to marking:

goods with a net weight less than 20 grams inclusive in primary consumer package without secondary consumer package.
