About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning collection of the non-tax income from subsoil users

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 5 of Item 3 of article 16 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 263 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 11:
