About introduction of payment for use of the Unified information system of notariate of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring steady functioning, maintenance and further development of the Unified information system of notariate of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that:

1) for use of the Unified information system of notariate of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - EISN) from the private notary levies payment when making notarial actions and rendering services of technical nature;

2) the amount of payment for use of EISN is established by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic under approval of Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) the means received from collection of payment for use of EISN go on:

- technical maintenance and servicing of system;

- ensuring cyber security and reserve data storage;

- development of new functional modules;

4) introduction of payment is performed through the integrated payment services of EISN.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to provide technical implementation of the mechanism of collection of payment for use through electronic services, including QR codes;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
