About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning waste and scrap of precious metals

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning waste and scrap of the precious metals classified by codes 7112 30 000 0, 7112 91 000 0, 7112 92 000 0 and 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2028 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 7112 30 000 0, 7112 91 000 0, 7112 92 000 0 and 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "55C)" to replace with the reference "111C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 55C invalid;

add with the note 111C of the following content:

"111C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 24, 2025 No. 138 till 31.12.2028 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
