1. These rules determine order of interaction of operators by money transfer, operators of electronic money and operators of mobile radiotelephone communication with the interested federal state bodies in case of execution of the inquiries sent by the head of investigating body, the investigator, the chief of body of inquiry, the investigator provided by part ten of Article 115.2 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (further respectively - requests, officials).
