About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2020 No. 1682 "About licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, Art. 6643; 2022, No. 10, Art. 1522).

2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fifth the subitem "e" of Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2020 No. 1682, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 28, 2022 No. 268 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2020 No. 1682" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 10, the Art. 1522).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes

1. Add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The data provided by part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity", and also name of the funds of the active impacts for hydrometeorological processes necessary for accomplishment of the corresponding work type which are available for the license applicant on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes are specified in the statement for provision of the license.".
