About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the fourth or sixth, the ninth, thirteenth and fourteenth article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2017 No. 13 "About quarantine and protection of plants":
from word preamble", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867," to exclude;
the fourth Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;
add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that:
1-1.1. forming of reserve fund of remedies of plants is performed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food based on the analysis of phytosanitary situation and results of the phytosanitary observations made by public institution "Main state inspectorate for seed farming, quarantine and protection of plants" and its territorial organizations;
1-1.2. use of reserve fund of remedies of plants is performed according to the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in case of unexpected intensive development and distribution of harmful organisms, including threat to phytosanitary condition of the territory of the Republic of Belarus and quarantine phytosanitary safety;
1-1.3. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food determines the organization which performs centralized storage and leave of remedies of plants from reserve fund of remedies of plants, from among subordinates to it or other organizations in case of the conclusion of the relevant agreement;
1-1.4. accounting and storage of remedies of plants of reserve fund of remedies of plants are conducted separately;
