Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with Articles 169.37-169.39 and 244.27 of the following content:
"Article 169.37. Not entering of information on the real estate into unified information system after the conclusion of the contract for rendering realtor services, services in real estate administration
1. Not introduction by the realtor organization, organization for real estate administration, the realtor who is the individual entrepreneur managing real estate being the individual entrepreneur, in unified information system of agreements, data on the real estate which is their subject within five working days after the conclusion of the contract for rendering realtor services, services in real estate administration from the realtor organization, the organization for real estate administration the realtor who is the individual entrepreneur in unified information system:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, a hundred times exceeding the established minimum wage.
2. Repeated making of the same act within one year after imposing of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
