About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Reproductive Health and Reproductive Rights of the Person"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law of December 11, 2002 No. ZR-474 "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person":
1) in Item 1 to exclude the words "if one of spouses is less than 55 have some (in case of pregnancy incubation the age qualification of the woman is established up to 53 years)";
2) in Item 2 to exclude the words "up to 55 years" and "(in case of pregnancy incubation the age qualification of the woman is established up to 53 years)".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
