About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the State Fee"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 4, 2025
Article 1. "About the state fee" to state Item 8 of part 1 of article 22 of the Law of December 27, 1997 to No. ZR-186 in the following edition:
"8) claimants - in cases, stipulated in Article 1087.2 Civil codes of the Republic of Armenia, with requirements about compensation of the non-material damage caused by violation of basic rights and unfair condemnation if body of pretrial investigation, the prosecutor or court confirmed the fact of violation of the basic rights provided by part 2 of Article 162.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia as a result of the decision, action or failure to act of body of the state or local self-government or its official, and also in cases, stipulated in Article 1087.3 Civil codes of the Republic of Armenia, with requirements about compensation of the material damage caused by tortures;".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
