About amnesty of the state fee and the penalties imposed on the state fee

1. This law governs the relations connected with amnesty concerning the physical persons having obligations in the area of the state fee for the license for implementation of passenger traffic by one passenger taxi car by physical persons.
1. Persons having obligations on payment of the state fee stipulated in Article 19, the Section "15. The transport sector" the Law "About the State Fee" till June 29, 2019 in connection with the license for implementation of passenger traffic by one passenger taxi, are exempted from the payment of the state fee and penalties calculated for failure to pay the state fee.
2. The enforcement proceedings initiated based on monetary claims in cases of confiscation of the amounts based on public monetary claims based on the administrative acts which are not subject to appeal about the state fees provided in the Part of 1 this Article are subject to the termination according to the procedure, established by the law, exempting the parties of enforcement proceeding from obligation to pay expenses on execution of the provided executive actions.
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
