About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To state part 2 of article 137.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
"2. Implementation of cabotage transportations in the cases which are not established by international agreements, the transport registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia in any other state or implementation of cabotage transportations by carriers of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with violation of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, by four hundred five times exceeding the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
