About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 26 of the Law of April 14, 1999 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) the words "provided by part 1 of Article 48" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-295 "signed at offices of servicing of the state real estate register, stipulated in Article 48".
Article 2. State part 4 of article 34 of the law in the following edition:
"4. If state registration was made based on the document issued by any competent authority, then correction of the made mistakes can be made only based on the equivalent document on introduction of the corresponding correction provided by this body or its legal successor who shall contain the reference to the document in which the mistake, and based on the documents proving correction introduction was made.".
Article 3. In article 48 of the law:
1) regarding 1 after the words "according to established procedure" to add the word "except for the agreements signed by the digital signature in the Section "Personal account" the persons which reached 18-year age, who are citizens of the Republic of Armenia and entered electronic system of the official site of the State real estate register through the national identification platform "I Am"";
2) in the second part after the first offer add the new offer of the following content: "The identity of persons signing agreements with use of the digital signature through the Section "Personal account" of electronic system of the official site of the State real estate register is considered confirmed from the moment of entrance to electronic system of the official site of the State real estate register through the national identification platform "I Am"";
