Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the list of types of waste from use of goods, types of the secondary raw materials received from such waste in case of which utilization the duty on ensuring independent waste recycling from use of goods, the packagings included in the list, stipulated in Item the 5th article 24.2 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption", and types of goods (products) which can be made in case of utilization of such waste (including when using the secondary raw materials received from such waste) for the purpose of discharge of duty on ensuring independent waste recycling from use of goods, No. 2394 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2023 "About approval of the list of types of waste from use of goods, types of the secondary raw materials received from such waste can be fulfilled in case of which utilization the duty on ensuring independent waste recycling from use of goods, the packagings included in the list, stipulated in Item the 5th article 24.2 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption", and types of goods (products) which can be made in case of utilization of such waste (including when using the secondary raw materials received from such waste) for the purpose of discharge of duty on ensuring independent waste recycling from use of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 1, the Art. 258) can be fulfilled.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
