This resolution shifts Regulations (EU) 2019/1871 of the Commission of November 7, 2019 about reference values of effect of the active agents which are not permitted pharmacological containing in foodstuff of animal origin, and about cancellation of the Decision 2005/34/EU, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 289 of November 8, 2019, CELEX: 32019R1871, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2024/2858.

In the Order of the Government No. 721/2023 about approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing analytical methods of determination of remaining balance pharmacological of the active agents used at animals from whom receive foodstuff and about interpretation of results (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 199-201, 265) to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:
