About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (trading activity with use of illegal devices)

1. Add with Article 252-1 of the following content:
"Article 252-1. Trading activity with use of illegal devices
(1) Production, import, distribution, sale, lease of illegal devices or ownership of them for commercial purposes in the value determined by the Law on electronic communications No. 72/2025,
attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 30 to 90 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 36 to 120 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 240 to 300 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 6 months till 1 year.
(2) Installation, servicing or replacement of the illegal device in commercial purposes in the value determined by the Law on electronic communications No. 72/2025,
attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 24 to 30 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 90 to 180 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 120 to 240 conventional units.
(3) Use of commercial messages for promotion of illegal devices in the value determined by the Law on electronic communications No. 72/2025,
