About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

Based on Item about) parts (1) Article 7 and part (2) Article 88 of the Natural Gas Act No. 108/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Make the following changes to the Regulations on supply of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 113/2019 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, the Art. No. 178-184, 912) registered in the Ministry of Justice for No. 1449 of May 16, 2019:

1.1. In the Romanian version in all text to replace the word "reziliere" (termination) in any grammatical form with the word "rezolutiune" (termination) in the corresponding grammatical form.

1.2. In Item 1,

fixed price - the price which was established at the time of the conclusion of the delivery agreement of natural gas for certain term and which remains invariable during all duration of the agreement without possibility of its unilateral change by the supplier;".
