About the next measures for providing the agrarian sector with modern agricultural machinery

I. Main objective

1. Determine main objective of adoption of this resolution increase in level of mechanization in agricultural industry, in particular bringing share of machine collection of cotton to 70 percent in 2026.

II. Acquisition of agricultural machinery and financial resources

2. Approve target indicators of acquisition of new modern agricultural machinery and aggregates in 2026 according to appendix No. 1*.

3. And finance to provide to the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of investments, industry and trade, and also the Ministry of Economics the direction of the funds at the rate to 400 million US dollars at the expense of foreign credit lines raised under the state guarantee for financing of acquisition of agricultural machinery and aggregates in 2026, by means of commercial banks.

4. Determine that within Item 3 of this resolution:

(a) till May 1, 2026 are provided completion of all negotiations on attraction at the initial stage of means in the amount of 200 million US dollars, and also the beginning of financing;

(b) means are refinanced as subordinated loan to commercial banks in national currency for the term of 10 years, including grace period 2 years, on the annual rate equal to the main rate of the Central bank;

(c) commercial banks allocate domestic currency loans for acquisition of all types of agricultural machinery for the term of 10 years, including grace period 2 years, on the annual rate equal to the main rate of the Central bank plus 4 percent points of bank margin. At the same time:

(i) by missing part of mortgage providing the credits as pledge from risk of non-return of the credit the insurance policy of insurance companies is accepted;
