About measures for advanced training of specialists of national system of statistics and achievement of outstanding performance by further acceleration of implementation of digital technologies to the sphere

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 24, 2025 with No. UP-27 "About Additional Measures for Removal on New Stage of System of the Organization and Conducting Statistical Works", and also further enhancement of national system of statistics on the basis of modern requirements I decide:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine main objectives of this resolution:

(a) implementation of modern forms and technologies of training and enhancement on the basis of foreign experience of methodology of statistics for advanced training of specialists of national system of statistics;

(b) creation of opportunity for training of 3 thousand specialists of national system of statistics each two years;

(c) enhancement of methodology of statistics for the purpose of assessment of shadow and creative economies;

(d) acceleration of digitalization of national system of statistics, increase in amount of the rendered digital services twice by use of innovative solutions.

II. Enhancement of system of advanced training of specialists and implementation of researches in national system of statistics

2. Approve Priority activities of Institute of advanced training of personnel and statistical investigations of National committee according to the statistics (further - Institute), and also tasks on their realization according to appendix No. 1*.

3. Determine that since April 1, 2026 at Institute will be organized:

(a) professional development course of employees of the ministries and departments responsible for maintaining administrative data, development of statistical methodologies and work with the portal of open data, lasting up to 48 watch on contractual basis each two years;
