About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2017 No. 268

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2017 No. 268 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 35, Art. 1105; 2018, No. 36, Art. 1267; 2021, No. 33, Art. 1929; 2023, No. 57, Art. 3193; 2024, No. 76, the Art. 4484) changes which are applied.

1. To state introductory part of the resolution in the following edition:
"Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which led to temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine and as a result of which perish are wounded, children are exposed to different types of violence, and according to part seven of article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:".
2. According to the procedure of provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 2:
state subitem 1 in the following edition:
"1) physical abuse to which the child as a result of military operations and armed conflicts underwent (further - physical abuse), - obtaining by the child as a result of the military operations and armed conflicts of the bodily harms of different degree which caused it physical pain, entailed disorder of his health;";
state subitem 3 in the following edition:
