1012) introduction of offers on the nomenclature and amounts of storage of material values of the state material reserve regarding mobilization reserve in authorized body in the field of the state material reserve;

1013) in coordination with authorized body in the field of the state material reserve entering of offers into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on razbronirovaniye of material values of the state reserve for humanitarian assistance;

1014) in coordination with authorized bodies in the field of the state material reserve and mobilization preparation decision making about release of material values from mobilization reserve according to the procedure of borrowing;
