In compliance with part two of Item 6 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish threshold value concerning the amount of purchase of non-cash foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of which achievement requirements for confirmation of the purposes of purchase of non-cash foreign currency for national currency in the domestic foreign exchange market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and procedure for its use on stated purposes are applied, in the amount of, exceeding fifty thousand dollars of the United States of America in equivalent.

2. Requirements for confirmation are more whole than purchase of non-cash foreign currency for national currency in the domestic foreign exchange market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and procedure for its use on stated purposes are determined by the Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2019 No. 40 "About approval of Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18512).

3. To provide to department of paying balance of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
