Destruction, damage or defilement located in the territory of the Russian Federation or beyond its limits of burials of the victims of genocide of the Soviet people, and also the monuments, steles, obelisks, other memorial constructions or objects immortalizing memory of the victims of genocide of the Soviet people for the purpose of damnification to historical and cultural value of such objects -

it is punished by penalty in the amount of two to five million rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to five years, or obligatory works for a period of up to four hundred eighty hours, or forced labor for a period of up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term.";

2) in Article 354.1:

a) the paragraph one of part one after words "the specified sentence" to add with the words "denial of the fact of genocide of the Soviet people or approval of genocide of the Soviet people";

b) the paragraph one of part three after words of "defenders of the Fatherland" to add with the words "or victims of genocide of the Soviet people".
