Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 14, 2012 No. 67-FZ "About obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, to health, property of passengers and about procedure for compensation of such harm done when transporting passengers by the subway" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 25, Art. 3257; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; No. 49, Art. 6333; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4826; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5294; 2023, No. 26, Art. 4686) following changes:

Part 2 of article 7 after words of "compulsory insurance" to add 1) with words "if other is not provided in it,";

Part 4 of Article 8 to add 2) with offers of the following content: "When implementing transportations of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi the duration of the agreement of compulsory insurance can be less than a year, but there cannot be less than one day if carrier is the physical person or the individual entrepreneur to which the right to implementation of activities for transportation of passengers and baggage is in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation granted to automobile taxi (further - the short-term agreement of compulsory insurance). The provisions of this Federal Law concerning agreements of compulsory insurance are applied to short-term agreements of compulsory insurance if other is not provided by this Federal Law.";
