1. Take into consideration Information on the course of consideration of offers of Ukraine in pursuance of the Legal decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of August 26, 2005 it (is applied):

about contractual and legal registration of frontiers between the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
about guarantees of the rights of citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of provision of pensions;
about creation of transport corridors for transportation of energy carriers to the states of Central, Southern and Western Europe with the unified tariff policy;
about the mechanism of functioning of the free trade area within the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. To executive committee of the CIS to organize expert approval of the draft statement introduced by Ukraine about cooperation in the field of fight against illegal migration and activation of the efforts directed to achievement of two-way deals about reception-transmission of illegal migrants for the purpose of its consideration in accordance with the established procedure by Council of heads of states of the CIS.
3. To executive committee of the CIS together with Council of permanent plenipotentiaries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth taking into account the taken place discussion to continue work on consideration of the initiatives of Ukraine brought at the Kazan summit of the CIS on August 26, 2005.
