The non-profit organization having the personal page for placement of information on the activities in the information systems and (or) programs for the electronic computers conforming to requirements, the stipulated in Article 10.6 Federal Laws of July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ "About information, information technologies and on information security" determined by the Government of the Russian Federation can undergo the procedure of confirmation of the specified personal page as the official page of non-profit organization with use of the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically" according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
