About introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

"to the workers who are actually living in the premises which are in zones of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature in case of violation of conditions of their life activity and loss of property by them as a result of the specified emergency situations of federal, interregional, regional, intermunicipal or municipal nature - up to five calendar days according to the procedure and on conditions which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";
b) to consider the paragraph of the eighth the paragraph the ninth;
To add 2) with Article 186.1 of the following content:
"Article 186.1. Guarantees and compensations to workers in case of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature
The additional day off with preserving for the worker of average earnings according to the procedure and on conditions which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation is provided to the workers who are actually living in the premises which are in zones of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature in case of violation of conditions of their life activity and loss of property by them as a result of the specified emergency situations of federal, interregional, regional, intermunicipal or municipal nature by the employer.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
