1. Complete on March 31, 2026 temporary national campaign for free replacement of the car driver licenses which are earlier issued without specifying of term of their action on car driver licenses of sample of 2025.

2. To the state center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

3. To public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to submit the closing statement on results of holding temporary national campaign for free replacement of car driver licenses within the competence.

4. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About holding temporary national campaign for free replacement of car driver licenses" of January 22, 2026 No. 6.
