About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of July 5, 2022 No. 58) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 3:

a) state Item 18 in the following edition:

"18) grace period - the rate limiting effective period established by the law for installations with use of renewable energy resources;";

b) declare Item 26 invalid;

c) add with Items 29-32 of the following content:

"29) auction - process within which the rate by limiting lowering of rate for projects implementation with use of RES is determined;

30) tender - the competitive procedure of selection of investors which is carried out by authorized public institution for projects implementation with use of RES performed on the basis of assessment of criteria and requirements directed to determination of the participant who offered the most profitable economic, financial and other sales terms of the project on construction and operation of objects of RES;

31) the store of electrical energy - the system intended for accumulating, storage and issue of electrical energy in network;

32) authorized public institution - the organization performing interaction within accumulation of money for financing of designing, content, subsidizing, repair, reconstruction, construction and development of green power, and also stimulation of development, implementation and production of energy-saving technologies and provision to subjects of RES of guarantee of the redemption of electrical energy.";

Article 6 to add 2) with Item 16 of the following content:

"16) the subjects of RES developing electrical energy with energy use of the sun and wind shall establish stores of electrical energy at least 30 percent from installed capacity of object.";

To exclude 3) in Item 7 of Article 7 of the word "and to which 1,3 coefficient extends";
