About questions of content, cultivation and protection of objects of fauna in the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Determine that the legal entities and physical persons performing content and cultivation of objects of fauna in bondage, semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution address to authorized state body in the field of environmental protection for receipt of the positive conclusion and the subsequent inclusion in the register of places of content of wild animals.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of dachshunds for calculation of the amount of penalties for the damage caused to objects of animal and flora, mumiyesoderzhashchy mineral raw materials and mushrooms by legal entities and physical persons" of May 3, 2013 No. 224 the following changes:
1) according to the procedure of use of the amounts of the claims collected for the damage caused to fauna objects, approved by the above-stated resolution:
