I ORDER:

1. Make change to paragraph two of Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 31, 2025 No. 379 "About approval of the Procedure for opening and closing of delivery locations, requirements to arrangement of delivery locations and the Procedure for determination of goods which can be delivered to other place approved with customs authority of the appointment" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2025 at No. 1222/44628, having replaced figures and the word "April 19" with figures and the word "September 28".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
