SOLVED:
1. Make changes to Items 14, of the 16th Section V of the Procedure for issue, suspension and cancellation of the license for implementation of professional activity in the capital markets approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 21, 2021 No. 982, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 03, 2021 at No. 1563/37185, having added after figure with "8" figures ", 8-1".
2. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Department of legal development, after state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of June 03, 2025 No. 4465-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of financial inklyuziya in Ukraine", but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
