Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 283 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985:
1) in Item 2 to exclude the words "to the address of official e-mail of the addressee:";
The words "according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words 2) "according to article 10 of the Law".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
