About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin"

Article 1. State part 2 of article 17 of the Law of April 16, 2020 to No. ZR-240 "About confiscation of property of illegal origin" in the following edition:
"2. Interested persons are notified according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 10 Laws on the public and individual notification via the Internet, or the registered mail with the notification on delivery. Notifications shall contain data on the inviting body and the receiver, on circumstances which give to competent authority the grounds to believe that confiscation of the researched property can affect the rights or obligations of the invited person, about the right to acquaintance with case papers, filing of application, line item, and also about methods and terms of their realization.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
