1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development, examination, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

These rules of development, examination, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2004 "About technical regulation" (further - the Law) and establish procedure for development, examination, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations.
1. Technical regulations are developed in the presence of the concept approved by the Interdepartmental commission for implementation of transition to system of technical regulation.
The concept shall contain:
1) name of the technical regulation;
