For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 30, 2026 No. 22 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning cocoa paste not fat-free, cocoa butters and cocoa fat" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. The Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom (further – Belgospishcheprom concern) issues confirmation about reference of the imported cocoa pastes not fat-free, cocoa butter and cocoa fats classified by codes 1803 10 000 0 and 1804 00 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further if other is not provided, respectively – goods, the CN FEA EEU), to the goods specified in subitem 7.1.89 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further if other is not provided, – confirmation);

1.2. for receipt of confirmation the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further – interested persons), address to Belgospishcheprom concern with submission of the documents and (or) data provided in Item 2 of regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.16 "Receipt of confirmation about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in subitem 7.1.89 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of the November 27, 2009 to No. 130" approved by this resolution (further if other is not provided, – regulations);

1.3. the bases for refusal by Belgospishcheprom concern in issue of confirmation are:

the cases provided in article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
