For the purpose of the state support of the farms using water saving technologies in case of production of crop production, stimulation of use of water saving systems of drop and rain irrigation, ensuring rational use of water resources according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030" of April 24, 2025 No. 227 the following change:
in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030 approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add appendix 4 with Item 36-1 of the following content:
"36-1. For the business entities performing production of agricultural products using water saving systems of drop and rain irrigation within state programs in the field of water conservation, leave of electrical energy is made on rate in the amount of, specified in the Item 2 of appendix 1 to SSTP established since May 1, 2025 and is not subject to the subsequent increase till May 1, 2030.".
2. To the ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to determine the business entities having the right to application of the rate specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
