About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 3 of Article 57 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 with Item 9 of the following content:
"9) the public employee or the employee of regulating authority of information systems concerning the administrative production performed by regulating authority of information systems during implementation of the powers and after that during the term of its powers, except for case of investigation of the mistakes and abuses allowed during this production.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective from coming into force of the law "About Regulating Authority of Information Systems".
