About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Chapter 12.3 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 12.3. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES IN THE FIELD OF REGULATION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Article 171.13. Hindrance to implementation of the rights or obligations assigned to the commission on regulation of information systems, the member of the commission or the employee according to the legislation
1. Hindrance by the official of the legal entity to execution of the rights or obligations provided to the commission on regulation of information systems, the member or the employee of the commission according to the legislation, to the official of the legal entity:
attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Hindrance to execution by the authorized officer of state bodies or local government bodies of the commission on regulation of information systems, the member or the employee of the commission of the rights or obligations assigned by the legislation to the competent official of state body or local government body:
attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Hindrance by physical person to implementation of the rights or obligations of the commission on regulation of information systems, the member of the commission or the employee assigned to physical person the legislation:
attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
