About modification and amendments in the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 15 of the Law of June 24, 1997, No. ZR-137 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):

1) to state part 12 in the following edition:

"12. Agreements (agreements) creating obligations (including contingent obligations) for the state and communities, and also amendments and amendments to such agreements (agreements) are subject to obligatory registration in authorized state body.";

To add 2) with parts 12.1 and 12.2 of the following content:

"12.1. Agreements (agreements) creating contingent obligations and also amendments and amendments to such agreements (agreements) are subject to provisional estimate authorized state body and can consist in the presence of provisional estimate authorized state body. Article 2. Regarding 1 article 15.1 of the law:
