Article 1

Regarding the 2nd article 8.1 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "About anti-corruption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 52, Art. 6228; 2012, No. 50, Art. 6954; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7542; 2015, No. 41, Art. 5639; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4169; 2017, No. 15, Art. 2139; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3400; 2022, No. 14, Art. 2203; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 29, Art. 5304; 2025, No. 52, of the Art. 8292) of the word "and their spouse (spouses)" shall be replaced with words "their spouses (spouses) and minor children".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of December 3, 2012 No. 230-FZ "About control of compliance of expenses of persons replacing the state positions, and other persons to their income" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 6953; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7542; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3400; No. 32, Art. 5100; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5018; 2022, No. 1, Art. 40; No. 14, Art. 2203; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16; 2025, No. 52, Art. 8292) following changes:
