Article 1

"3. The head of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection is appointed to position by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with authorized federal executive body. The period of temporary fulfillment of duties of the head of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection cannot exceed three months.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
