According to Item 7 of the Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for maintenance of the companies of the ship-building industry by the reduction in cost of the credits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 N 221, and Item 7 of the Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for maintenance of aircraft construction and the space industry directed to creation and implementation in production of the modern equipment by the reduction in cost of the credits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 N 226, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Form of the agreement on reduction in cost of the loans attracted on implementation of innovative and investment projects which is applied.
2. To submit to department of financial and economic ensuring the industry (Kondrashov M. M.) the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of Novitsky V. S.
