About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2023 No. 867

1. In paragraphs second and third Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2023 No. 867 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for journey to the reserved date and time of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations and belonging to the Russian carriers or foreign carriers on the sections of highways included in the list of sections of highways provided by part 6 of article 16 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" for the purpose of crossing of frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 23, the Art. 4177) the words "March 1" shall be replaced with words "on September 1".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
